Reservation Process
You can start your booking process by browsing our fleet on our website and sending an inquiry for your preferred dates. Our charter specialists will contact you with availability and a personalized offer. Once you confirm the details, we will send you a Charter Agreement to sign.
Generally, the charter price includes the rental of the yacht, crew services, yacht insurance, and transit log fees for Turkish waters. Fuel for the main engines, food and beverages, VAT (if applicable), and private marina fees are usually extra unless specified otherwise in your agreement.

For the peak summer season (July and August), we recommend booking 6 to 9 months in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred yacht.
Payment Procedures
To secure your booking, a deposit of 40% to 50% of the total charter fee is required upon signing the Charter Agreement. The remaining balance is typically due 4-6 weeks before your embarkation date.
We accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT/EFT) and major Credit Cards. Please note that credit card payments may be subject to a small processing fee.
Transparency is our priority. All potential costs, including VAT, fuel estimates, and optional extras (water sports, etc.), will be clearly outlined in your charter agreement before you make any payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply based on how close the cancellation date is to the embarkation date:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival: The deposit is non-refundable (or subject to a specific administrative fee).
Cancellations made within 30-60 days: 50% of the total charter fee is retained.
Cancellations made within 30 days or less: No refund is provided.
Date changes are subject to the yacht’s availability and the owner’s approval. While we always try our best to accommodate requests, a change of dates may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking depending on the season.
In the highly unlikely event that we or the yacht owner must cancel due to technical issues or force majeure, we will offer you an alternative yacht of similar or higher standard. If no suitable alternative is found, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
Yes, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase “Charter Cancellation Insurance” and personal travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from traveling.
